First of all, confirms that all the hours spent on the writing and recording and production are worth the effort because there's someone out there interested enough to spend a little bit of their precious time with you.
But more importantly, your feedback gives the author/creator guidance on what was good, what was not good about the production. So I'd very much like to hear from you. If there was something you especially liked, great! Take a minute to let me know. But I'm equally interested in hearing about the things you didn't think so great. Were there parts that were boring? poorly done? made you angry? I want to hear these things as well. If I don't hear the negative things, it's difficult to know how to improve.
