Ok so I’m going into the Harris Teeter located south of Chapel Hill on 15-501 today around 6 or so and I see this woman pull up to the Harris Teeter and commit three strike that earned her a place in my hall of shame:
1) she parked in the loading zone in front of the Harris Teeter instead of in a parking space like every other civilized person.
2) she left her car running while she went inside
and worst of all….
3) she left two young kids in the back seat.
Now, I could _almost_ forgive #3. The kids looked to be maybe 2cd or 3rd grade. But when you you add in 1) and 2) it’s just reckless and negligent.
